Bullet terminal brass; intended for both PVC and braided cloth insulated wire.

This terminal with a 3mm diameter conductor hole, is designed to be soldered onto the conductor (wire) and can therefore be used on any conductor that will fit into it. We also supplty a mixed bag of 100 with various hole sizes at a discount. Order part number RTR5510

There are 7 other types of bullet terminal available. The correct terminal should be selected according to the conductor (wire) size to be used the insulation type (PVC or braided cloth) and the intended application. A complete list follows: -

The following 6 terminals are designed to be crimped onto the wire but can be soldered too if desired.
RTR8097 1.16mm diameter conductor hole for 14/.025mm or 9/.03mm (0.65 mm˛) wire. PVC insulation
RTR8097-1 1.16mm diameter conductor hole for 14/.025mm or 9/.03mm (0.65 mm˛) wire. Braided cloth insulation
RTR8034 1.43mm diameter conductor hole for 14/.03mm (1.0mm˛) wire. PVC insulation
RTR8034-1 1.43mm diameter conductor hole for 14/.03mm (1.0mm˛) wire. Braided cloth insulation
RTR8035 1.91mm diameter conductor hole for 28/.03mm (2.0 mm˛) wire. Both PVC and braided cloth insulation
RTR8445 2.44mm diameter conductor hole for 44/.03mm wire. Both PVC and braided cloth insulation

The following terminal can only be soldered.
003632 3mm diameter conductor hole. As this is a soldered part it can be used on any conductor that will fit into it.

The following terminal is neither soldered nor crimped.
27H6713 Bullet terminal push on type for Lucas lamps. This type of terminal is used on Lucas lamps to connect the wires without soldering or crimping.

It is essential that the crimp type bullets are installed on the wire correctly. Please refer to technical instruction number 27 below for a step by step instruction.
