When we supply this unit on an exchange basis we expect a unit to be returned which is reconditionable. The exchange service does not cover the scroll or the rocker shaft. If these are needed they will be charged separately as will any other parts outside the exchange scheme. We charge a deposit (we will advise as the time of ordering what to expect) pending the return and inspection of your unit and if necessary the cost of extras parts will be deducted from the deposit prior to refund.
