This cupped washer is designed to be squashed flat to retain the windscreen stanchion Dzus Fastener.
The internal diameter is 10.4mm and when squashed flat the internal diameter becomes 9.4mm allowing it to sit in the undercut in the Dzus fastener thus retaining it in the stanchion.
