The screen we offer under this part number is, as the price suggests an economy option. Windscreens in this price range are usually optically poor and are invariably a poor fit. Revington TR recommend our high quality product 800592HQ

Typical problems will be the dimension from top to bottom, 300mm whereas the correct dimension is 305mm and just as important the radius in the lower corners is often wrong such that when fitted there will be a gap where the screen does not enter the screen frame channel in this area. 
Original windscreens were 6mm thick, our economy windscreen in common with all others on the market we have come across are 5.3mm thick. This is not something that can easily be addressed, even if it needed to be as the thickness is dictated by materials available. Consider this a benefit as the screens are light weight! To ensure the windscreen is held correctly with this change in thickness we can supply an alternative sealing strip which is suitable thicker. Order 3.5meters of semi cured rubber strip RTR7041.
