As the complete 'H' frame is not available new, consider second hand part 815721SH, this cover or one of the alternative covers listed below
There were 4 separate part numbers for the 'H' frame fitted to TR4A to TR6 although they are all basically the same part.
808682 TR4A has rounded upper sides and 3 heater control holes
812001 TR250, 5 has rounded upper sides and no switch holes
815721 TR6 to CF1 has flattened upper sides to accommodate kidney panels and no switch holes
821571 TR6 from CR1 has flattened upper sides to accommodate kidney panels and one hole for the interior light switch.
821551 TR6 from CF1 USA version
