This bracket kit provides all the parts necessary to support a TR3A upper column of the split type, where it is bolted to the bulkhead. This kit is supplied to make life easier when installing our steering rack conversion(RHD) RTR3202RK into TR2-3(and possibly some TR3A) cars where the conversion is replacing a solid full length column.
This bracket is not present on TR2-3 where a full length solid column is fitted. It is necessary to provide support at the lower end of the upper column.
