Revington TR are please to be able to offer this ultrasonic cleaning service to our customers. The tank is of extra large capacity capable of accommodating a 6 cylinder engine block. This charge is for one load for one session in our Ultrasonic automatic cleaning machine which lasts for 1 hour.

For smaller items we will make a load up with other small parts which will reduce the cost. If an order is time sensitive or you would like you items cleaned separately then a full load charge will apply whatever the size.

Our ultrasonic cleaning fluid incorporates an inhibitor so that steel items coming out of the process will not instantly rust. Our cleaner can operate at a variety of temperatures up to 75 degrees Celsius.  We use this high temperature to clean all none sensitive parts as the cleaning effect is best at high temperatures. We can however operate the machine at lower temperature, typically 35 degrees Celsius for painted items. 75 degrees will remove most normal paints, or at loosen it so that it is no longer a protective layer and can be peeled, scrapes and wire brushed off.

NB.This operation is a cleaning process and does not polish items.
