Buffer around the axle which acts as both a bump and a rebound stop. We recommend the SuperPro Polyurethane improved kit. Please see SPF1957K
This part is the correct size for TR3-4 Girling axles but too large for TR2-3 Lockheed axles which have a smaller axle tube diameter. For these axles the Bump/rebound Stop can be cut and reshaped to fit the smaller axle tube and held in place with the wire retainer as normal.
TR4's have an additional buffer attached under the rear floor to prevent the axle pinion casing travelling to far north. See part number RTR3468.
