Complete single pump fuel pump kit including a filter king filter/regulator, inertial switch, relay, 5/16" pipework, connectors and electrical parts needed to complete an installation between the petrol tank and the carburettors. This is a low pressure system for use with carburettors, and is therefore not intended for high pressure fuel injection applications.

We strongly recommend that the pump kit is electrically fed from our Auxiliary fuse box kit listed below. 

Fitting Tips

Siting of the pump is important to ensure fuel starvation does not occur. The fuel pump in this kit cannot suck, it needs a flood feed. For that reason it should be mounted in the boot, on the chassis or bodywork below the fuel tank or low down in the engine bay.
The filter king can be mounted high in the engine bay as it is pressure fed, where it can be serviced easily.
We recommend using our Auxiliary fuse box kit listed below to provide the electrical supply.
The inertia switch can go where convenient in the engine bay, next to the auxiliary fuse box kit and the relay.
The kit includes a switch. It is always good to be able to switch an electrical fuel pump off via its relay for various reasons; to allow work on the car with ignition on, pump off and as a another level of safety and security/antitheft.
 
Wiring.
Use 14 strand wire from the Auxiliary fuse box ignition controlled side to the inertia switch, to dash isolator switch, then to the coil of the relay. Black 14 strand wire is used from the relay coil to earth via the bodyshell.
Use 28 strand wire from the Auxiliary fuse box which is connected directly to the battery (not ignition controlled) to the relay contacts to the fuel pump. Black 28 strand wire, fuel pump earth to bodyshell.
