RADIATOR ALLY TR2, 3, 3A 3B, and 4 WITH NECK

TR2 TS1201 on, TR3, TR3A, TR3B and TR4 Aluminium radiator with neck. This aluminium version of the original radiator is 50% lighter and offers 1.5 times better efficiency than the standard copper and brass cores.
The radiator comes with a boss (to special order) to accommodate a thermo switch intended to operate an electric fan and has the starting handle hole omitted for maximum efficiency. The mounting feet do not have cage nuts for attachment to the TR2-3B chassis or holes for attachment to the TR4 chassis. These have been omitted so that customers can position and drill the holes for best fitment.The radiator comes bare and a suitable pressure cap will need to be purchased of the TR6 type. GRC112 is a suitable 7lb cap.
Consider fitting an RTR improved heater RTR1395K that will significantly improve cabin heating. This is also a good time to convert to Evans cooling. See below
This radiator can also be supplied painted black with a special paint that will not significantly reduce cooling ability. This covering minimises the effect of having the core powder coated, it does still have a negative effect, loseing between 2-3% of the cores efficiency.
A small extra charge will be applied should you with to have this covering applied.
