TR4E FUEL GAUGE DIP SENDER TYPE

This Fuel gauge is a modern movement built into a standard size case with a TR4 early face, domed glass and chrome rim. The gauge is constructed of all new parts and features a face that is identical to the original TR gauge.
The internals however are modern and are designed to work with a dip type sender unit which we supply to work with this gauge. See below.
The gauge has a plastic case required to house the modern internals, but when mounted in the car, the look is identical to an original gauge.
Our range of dip senders and gauges are designed to work together. This gauge will not work with a standard sender unit as originally fitted to a TR. If such a gauge is required please order the original part number.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Our range of Dip senders with lengths 250mm to 300mm have a resistance measurement of 71-78Ώ empty and 3.6-2.6Ώ full. Our gauges are calibrated to read correctly within this resistance range.
A voltage stabiliser is NOT required with this gauge and Dip sender.
