Flexible feed tube 149693 is 3.25" (82.5mm) internal diameter.
The external diameter of the plenum chamber 214804 or 216062 (superceded to 216374) is 3.25"
The joiner bracket 149306 has an external diameter of 3.125" (79.4mm) which is why it uses rubber band to ensure it is a snug fit. This band is not shown in the parts books and is not available; however 11" (280mm) of rubber strip RTR7041glued in place will do the trick.
