Vacuum pipe Late TR4A Stromberg and TR4A HS6 carburettors. This part has a push on sleeve fitting at both ends.

Various types of vacuum pipe (referred in some original Triumph catalogues as a suction pipe) were fitted to TR s 2-4A between the distributor and the carburettors; some had push on connections and some had screw on connections or a combination of both.
As engine parts and carburettors could have been changed on cars today, it is better to choose the correct pipe from the list below rather than select the correct part number for your car which might not now have the correct connections.

201875 Vacuum pipe TR2 H4 carburettors, some TR3 H6 up to engine number TS12819E and TR4 with H6 carburettors. This part has two female nut and olive fitting; it screws into adaptor AUC4490 which in turn screws in to the carburettor body.
509167 Vacuum pipe TR3 H6 from engine number TS12820E and some TR4 with H6 carburettors. This part has one male and one female nut and olive fitting; the male nut screws directly into the carburettor body.
305997 Vacuum pipe TR4, 4A Stromberg and TR4A HS6 carburettors. This part has one male nut and olive fitting and one push on sleeve fitting; the male nut and olive fitting screws directly into the carburettor body.
307724 Vacuum pipe Late TR4A Stromberg and TR4A HS6 carburettors. This part has a push on sleeve fitting at both ends.

Two further none TR pipes are available with vapour traps in the line as follows: -
1H919 This part has one male and one female nut and olive fitting.
12H733 This part has one female nut and olive fitting and one push on sleeve fitting
