TR4-6 bowl headlamp. This headlamp bowl is an original Lucas part of the two adjuster screw type and comes with a clip to allow fitment of a screw on type rim part number 500929 as fitted to TR2 and TR3.

Can only be used on TR3A if the clip on tim is used as the set back lamp pod makes it impossible to tighten up the rim retaining screw of the TR4-6 type.
Should you need to replace the clip order part number 37H7421A.
To convert the headlamp bowl to accommodate a clip on type rim 119072, please order fitting kit BAU1460TR.
Many TR2-3A which should have 3 adjuster type headlamp bowls, have been converted to this later type. However, if you require the original part, order 7H6838.
A cheaper non Lucas part is available too, SML3B along with a plastic type which is obviously less prone to rot. Order SML3P

Many types of Headlamp bowl were fitted from the inception of the TR2 to the final TR6 off the line. Even within one model many different headlamp variations were fitted, the TR4 listing 17! And of course cars will have been fitted with alternatives over the years. In principle though, the headlamp bowl comes as two basic types, the early 3 adjuster type and the later 2 adjuster type.
