CC-CP TR6 Chassis with transport primer LH side

TR250, TR5, TR6 CC spec. and TR6 CP spec. remanufactured Chassis Frame. Our chassis frames are constructed in specially made jigs that have been assemble for the sole purpose of manufacturing new chassis exclusively for RevingtonTR. Accuracy is assured as the jigs and the chassis parts have been CAD drawn using original Triumph drawings and our vast stock of second hand chassis for reference.

We offer a comprehensive chassis service supplying complete chassis in a variety of finishes and also supplying individual chassis parts, many of which were not available originally as separate items.

The chassis can be supplied: -
  • Unpainted. 
  • Etch primed only.
  • Etch primed and painted black.

TR4A-6 chassis are supplied on an exchange basis completely remanufactured. We use a few of the more complex parts from original Triumph chassis such as the steering rack mounting cross brace and brackets, the main turrets and rear hump (fitted to TR4A's only) in the remanufactured chassis build. More information about this process can be found HERE. If you do not have a suitable chassis to provide us with the return parts we need, a chassis can be supplied to you on an outright basis including the price of the deposit shown. 

It is therefore imperative that the sections of the chassis containing  these parts as a minimum, or the complete chassis are returned to RevingtonTR when you collect your remanufactured chassis. 

Should you choose to take your remanufactured chassis away prior to returning your old chassis, a deposit RTR7286 will be charged until usable parts as detailed above are returned to us.

NOTE: All TR4A‑6 chassis incorporate our front suspension and differential support (not live axle)  strengthening modifications, as the standard chassis is weak in design in these areas.

Be aware that there are slight differences between the differential mountings to TR4AIRS cars and TR250, 5 and 6. The differential support pins protrude downwards 57mm on TR4A cars and 62mm at  the back on TR6 cars, as the rear mounting arrangement is different between the two cars. Therefore a TR4A chassis cannot be used for a TR250-6 unless the engine mount and the differential mounts are changed.

Please remember that chassis ordered under this part number will be supplied untreated as taken out of the assembly jig with no treatment at all, RevingtonTR offer the treatments mentioned  above and purchasable below.
