Diaphragm Clutch Cover Assembly Exchange. A deposit will be charged until a reconditionable part is returned.

Note that Laycock clutch parts are very difficult to find so an alternative detailed below may need to be used. If you have an old cover in reconditionable condition we will be able to offer this clutch cover on an exchange basis. A Borg & Beck cover will not be accepted as an exchange

Two types of clutch assemblies consisting of a driven plate and a cover assembly were fitted to TR4A, 250, 5 and 6, Borg and Beck being one manufacturer and Laycock being the other. Both Driven Plates and Cover Assemblies are interchangeable. In addition a raised finger version is available which once again is completely interchangeable with all other components listed.

Uprated Release Bearing GRB211HD and a phosphor bronze carrier as well as uprated parts are listed below. A light duty cover is available too. see below
