TR4 from CT27411 and all TR4A, Bronze Valve Guide set of 8.

This Valve Guide set suits late TR4 from CT27411 and all TR4A heads which use valve guides with an outside diameter of 0.5025" (12.76mm) and an internal diameter of 5/16" in all 8 locations.
For reference TR2-4(up to commission number CT27410) cylinder heads are fitted with inlet valves having a shaft diameter of 5/16" (7.94mm) and a valve guide outside diameter of 0.5025" (12.76mm) whist the exhaust valves have a shaft diameter of 3/8" (9.53mm) and a valve guide outside diameter of 17/32" (13.49mm).
Alternative valve guide sets are available for TR2-4 heads using standard valves as well as a conversion set to convert this type of head to accept 5/16" exhaust valve stems in all 8 locations. See below

Note that valve guides are supplied with the I/D approximately 0.003" undersize so that once fitted they are honed out to be a perfect fit to the valve stem. Likewise the O/D is 0.003" oversize to ensure an interference fit in the cylinder head
